I look upto the same sky
which kept watch over me
through the same clouds though
and not many moons ago.
a roof so near in my eyes
I could look to tint myself
In sharp or mellow glow
and not many moons ago.
that firmament is growing out
out of touch of my eager sights
which once dabbed my brow
and not many moons ago.
darkness rules those astral gaps
where rays played hide n seek
darkness was chained to bow
and not many moons ago.
