A one day bug that I see I am
born with sun to see it shining through
a life too meager for the sun to know
its grandeur in its daylong brew
I saw no sun my morning gray
and pesky dusky my midday too
clouds I fancy how love me so
keep covering my skies however few
what light makes my day
a day
a foggy dream of a sunny hue
and the light that sustains breaths
I hope at least one lives true.
